Return and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
At Eternity we value each of our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with each purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns of salable merchandise for a full refund.
Returns can be done in store or by mail for a refund of the purchase price within 20 days of delivery.

Sale Items are non returnable non refundable and all sales are final.
Any apparel that has been altered are non returnable and all sales are final.
Terms and conditions for Returns and Refunds:
- Return must be done within 20 days of delivery for full refund
- Proof of purchase must be provided at time of return. ( IF RETURNING IN STORE)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.
- Please include reason why the item is being returned (i.e didn't fit correctly, not the correct size)

- A full refund will be initiated 5-7 business days after delivery
- Your item may have an attached garment tag and can not be returned if this tag is removed.
- Shoes must be in original packaging / box with no damage or signs of wear.
- Eternity reserves the right to, at it's sole discretion, to determine if returned apparel is in saleable condition.
